Get involved - volunteers needed

Volunteering consists of working at the Ridgefield Amphitheater concessions stand selling food and drinks at concerts.
We work as cashiers and food runners. Our group had a ton of fun last year!
The shift can run from around 3pm-11pm but will vary at every show. Average is 7 hours. (We have a little flexibility for those that may need to arrive a little late)
The requirement to volunteer is to obtain your MAST permit (if age 21+) and Food Worker card (all ages). Both trainings can be completed online.
Earnings are calculated at the end of the season but historically we paid out at around $30 per hour.
Concerts start May and go through September.
Required documentation for training must be emailed to hhsaaamoney@gmail.com in advance of the event you are volunteering for.

Food Handlers: https://www.foodworkercard.wa.gov/ course required by all to purchase food worker card.
MAST: https://iservesmart.com/ to get MAST permit age 21+ (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training Permit). The MAST permit training can be done online for $19.99 and takes ~3 hours.

To support multiple causes, select one event at a time when signing up rather than grouping several dates at the same time - this will allow you to select a separate cause for each individual show you sign up for.
Football and Band volunteers - first show can go directly to Football or Band. If you volunteer for more than one show, 20% of earnings will need to be allocated to a separate HHS AAA Booster supported group. This can be accomplished by selecting a different group per above note. At the end of the season, anybody that has not met this split will be contacted to finalize the allocation.
